ERROR: Mapviews cannot be set for the profile

When does this error occur?

You may see this error when you are trying to create a new profile within your dedicated database server. 

Why am I getting this error?

Since the implementation of Web Map View, new components have been added in the Server Info page. This includes a section for Mapbox Settings that has different settings such as a flag for "Mapbox Default Profile map views". The number associated to this field is the default amount of map views that gets created with each new profile.

The reason for the error is because each Server account has a web map view limit put in place. If this number is exceeded, then the error will show. Please note that the web map views limit per month is the sum of all the profiles created.

How do I resolve the error?

To fix this, as a Server Admin, you will need to go into the Server Info section and click 'Edit Mapbox Settings'. From there, you would then put 0 (zero) in the field next to "Mapbox Default Profile map views" and save.
