BUG FIXES
- Fixed an issue with the Counter and Range element that would sometimes cause the app to crash.
- Fixed an issue where the Lookup element would throw an error message when Lookup API was turned off.
- Fixed an issue where the screen would go black and get stuck when opening an existing record.
- The number element now displays in English when the device is set to Arabic.
