What are Form Packages?

Form packages promote sharing your forms with colleagues and others in your industry. These packages can include one to many forms that contain all the dependencies needed to make them function. For a quick overview have a look at the video below.

How do I build a Form Package?

To build a form package, please follow the instructions in the article located here.

How do I share my form packages?

There are several different ways to share the Form Packages you build. We'll go through them below.

• Downloading the Form Package

One way to share a Form Package you have created is to download the Form Package to your computer's hard drive and send it to whomever you wish.

After the package is done building, the icon will turn green.

Hover over the green icon and download the file.

• Sharing the Form Package public link

Another way to share the Form Packages you build is to create a public link to give to those who need access to the Form Package. 

Hover over the green icon and copy the public link. PLEASE NOTE: These public links will also be stored in the Package Manager.

• Sharing the Form Package private link

PLEASE NOTE: Only Server Admins with Dedicated Databases will see the Private option.

The third way to share the Form Package is through the private link. The package will be uploaded to iFormBuilder storage and will be made available to the profiles you select (shared profiles).
