What is Post Data?
Post Data pushes a copy of the record data out of iFormBuilder to a user-defined web page (while maintaining the original record on the iFormBuilder database).
This action takes place every time a new record is successfully uploaded to the server, or an existing record is updated.
How do I create a Post Data endpoint?
To create an endpoint, please follow the instructions located HERE.
What is Trigger Post Processing?
Trigger Post Processing allows you to re-run data to your Post Endpoints. This can be useful if data did not make it successfully to the endpoint or if a new endpoint has been set up after data collection.
PLEASE NOTE: You are only allowed 5 Post Process Triggers within a 24-hour period per Server.
How do I trigger Post Processing?
To trigger Post Processing, please follow the instructions below.
STEP 1. Click the Page ID of the form for which you want to trigger posts.
STEP 2. Highlight the records you want to trigger and select Trigger Post Processing.
STEP 3. Read the warning carefully and click Confirm.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not select any records and click Trigger Post Processing, the system will assume you want to trigger all records. You will receive a message like the one below. You will confirm by typing in the word ALL. Before doing so, please consider the amount of data you will be trying to send through.
