How do I delete an existing form?

To delete a form from your database, please follow the instructions below.

PLEASE NOTE: Deleting a form will also delete any records associated with that form. Please export any data for this form prior to deleting.

STEP 1. From inside the web portal, hover of the Forms tab and select Form Builder.

STEP 2. Search for the form you wish to delete.

STEP 3. Click the Delete icon.

STEP 4. Click the Warning checkbox then type DELETE FORM.

STEP 5. Click Confirm.

The form, along with all associated data, is now deleted.
