Enhancement

• Raw Option List Upload now defaults Key Values to database-friendly format.
• Deleting forms, elements, Option Lists, or options now requires the user to type DELETE FORM, DELETE ELEMENT, DELETE OPTION LIST, DELETE OPTION in order to delete these different properties instead of just DELETE for better deletion confirmation.

Bug Fixes

• Form builders are only allowed to view forms they create. Previously they were able to open and view only forms they did not create.
• Selecting 'Don't show me this again' when prompted to save, now applies to all tabs instead of the current tab open.
