What are Zerion Documents?
Zerion Documents allows you to easily populate a document with the data you've collected, and automatically send it to a variety of locations. The data you collect, whether from one form or many, can be merged into multiple documents.
Zerion Documents provides you with customizable options for any type of document. You can choose from PDFs, WordDocs, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations or create your own using Zerion Document’s simple document builder.

What is a Zerion Document delivery?
Zerion Documents delivery allows you to choose where you want your Documents sent once created, whether that's email, Dropbox, DocuSign and more. Zerion Documents offers over 20 options for delivery.
How do I create a Dropbox delivery?
To create a Dropbox delivery, please follow the instructions below.
STEP 1. From the Zerion Console, select Documents.
STEP 2. Choose the document you want to have delivered to Dropbox.
STEP 3. On the following page, click the Deliver tab.
STEP 4. Click +New Delivery.
STEP 5. Select Dropbox from the list of services you can choose from.
STEP 6. If you already have an account to link up to, you can select it from the drop-down menu. If not, click Use Different Account.
STEP 7. Click Allow.
STEP 8. Select the Dropbox account you'd like to use.
STEP 9. Choose the Dropbox folder where you want the document saved.
STEP 10. Choose your options.

Always send to Dropbox.
This allows you to always send a new document to Dropbox or you can set up to conditionally send based on the criteria you decide.

Use Merge field(s) as a subfolder name
You can use merge fields to create a subform within the main Dropbox folder you chose above.

Overwrite existing file with the same name
This allows you to overwrite an existing document if the new document name is the same as the old.

Delay this delivery
This option allows you to choose when the email gets sent. You can choose a certain time of the day or base on hours since the record was submitted.

IF AN ERROR OCCURS, SEND AN EMAIL TO:
This allows you to be notified by email if the delivery of document fails.
STEP 11. Click Save Delivery.
