The form properties interface allows you to change the name of your form, add icons, descriptions and more.

What is the description used for?

The description is used to store notes about the form such as instructions, updates, form version and more. Check out the device view below.

How do I add a description to my form?

To add a description to your form, please follow the instructions below.

STEP 1. With your form loaded in the form builder, click the Edit Form Properties icon.

STEP 2. In the description section, enter the description you want your users to see.

STEP 3. Click Save changes.

How do I access the form description?

To access the form description, follow the instructions below.

STEP 1. Open the Zerion DC or iForm app on your device.

STEP 2. Click the Description Icon of the form you want to view.

You will see the description on the following screen.

If you click on the version, it will take you to another screen with some detailed information about the form such as modified date and the user who created the form.
