How do I access the form properties?
There are a couple of different ways to access the properties of a form. The first way is from the main form screen in the Form Builder.
The second way is from within the Form itself.

What is a Form Label?
The Form Label is simply the name of your form.
It's what users see when they log into his or her device.
If I change the form label will I lose any data?
Changing the Form Label will not affect any of your data.
What is the Table Name?
The Table Name is how the table is identified in the database. This value is displayed on the Data page.
This value is displayed in the Data Views page within the admin tool. This is how the table is saved in the database.
PLEASE NOTE: By default, the Based on Label will be checked. This will create the Table Name based on the Form Label you have chosen. If you want to create a different Table Name, uncheck the box and type in the Table Name you prefer. Special characters will be replaced with underscores to make the name database friendly.
If I change the Table Name will I lose any data?
Changing the Table Name will not affect any data. However, if the table is used in any integrations, you'll want to make note of that in your integrations.
What is the description used for?
The description is used to store notes about the form such as instructions, updates, form version and more. Your data collectors can access this description by clicking on the Form Description icon.

How do I add a form icon?
For the Form Icon, you can choose an icon from the library we provide or point to your own using the URL input. You must use a public link in order for your custom icon to work.
PLEASE NOTE: The image must be a png file. Any other file will cause issues when trying to load the form on the device.

How do I change the Sort Order of a form?
Changing the order in which your forms are listed on the device can be changed by adjusting the Sort Order at the form properties level.

What is the Label Icons URL?
This URL is the path for where your images are stored for things such as Image Labels.
