How do I change the sort order of a form?

Changing the order in which your forms are listed on the device can be changed by adjusting the Sort Order at the form properties level. To change the Sort Order of your forms, please follow the instructions below.

STEP 1. From the main Form Builder screen, click the "more" drop-down menu and select Sort Order.

STEP 2. Click the Edit Form Properties icon for the form for which you are setting the Sort Order.

STEP 3. All forms start with the order of 0.  To order forms on the device, enter the respective order number in each form. For example, enter '0' for the first form to be listed and enter '1' for the second form to be listed and so on.

STEP 4. Click the check mark to close and confirm changes.

STEP 5. Do this for each of the forms you want to be sorted in a certain order. As mentioned above, "0" for the first form, "1" for the second, etc.

STEP 6. Sync your device. You will now see your forms as you ordered them.
