What is the map record view?
The map record view visualizes local records using location data (system or user defined). Only records which contain location data will show on this view.
What is changing?
- Google Maps will be replacing the existing maps.
- Several performance improvements.
- New record clustering display.
PLEASE NOTE: The topographic map view is no longer available as a base map. The user will have an option to select Street view or Satellite View.
Why is it changing?
Zerion Software Inc. is committed to improving the Zerion platform and introducing new features to provide better experience and functionality to meet our customer's needs. In the upcoming release of iForm and Zerion DC app’s for Android devices (running Android OS 4.3 and above) we are making improvements to the map view.
Who is impacted by this change?
To utilize new features user must have Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) or above.
When is this change happening?
We will be releasing this update in July. Please follow this article to be automatically notified of the update on the Google Play Store.
