ERROR: Maximum Records Reached
If you're receiving the Maximum Records Reached error, the most likely cause is that you are trying to upload records to a form that no longer exists in your database.
Please check your database server against the forms that are listed on your device, and ensure the form still exists.
If you have records on your device for a form that no longer exists, please delete those records from the device and re-sync, you should no longer receive the error message.
If your device forms and database forms seem to match up, please email Support and include the following details:
- Company Profile ID
- Form name
- Screenshot of the error
