What is a Form Group?
A Form Group is a way to group forms in a particular profile together for to assign them all at once instead of individually. Used in conjunction with User Groups, this is an efficient method of assignment many forms at one time.
How do I create a Form Group?
A Walk-Me tutorial is also available for implementing this feature. Walk-Me can be accessed from the Tutorials tab inside the iFormBuilder Admin Portal.

To create a Form Group, please follow the instructions below.
STEP 1. Hover over the Forms tab and select Form Group.
STEP 2. On the next screen, click + New.
STEP 3. Name your Form Group. This name should be something that makes the Form Group easily identifiable.
STEP 4. Choose the forms you want to add to the Form Group.
STEP 5. Click Create.
Your group will now be listed on the main Form Group page.
