Enhancements

• General UI Enhancements.
• Added confirmation that the database was uploaded successfully.

Bug Fixes 

• Fixed a bug where the same Element ID was created on the same record, keeping records from being uploaded.
• Fixed a bug where the manage tab displayed data for the first form in the list regardless of what form was selected after filtering.
• Fixed an issue that was preventing records from being synced to the server. Some may have seen a “possible outdated forms” message or an “unknown column in field list” error. This update aims to remedy these issues.
