Enhancements

• Form Packages: Email Alert checkbox for Download delivery type.
• Form Packages: Provide the user functionality to select form assignment while importing package for the "select local file" option.
• Form Packages: General UI enhancement.
• Form Packages: Added "Forms" column to the Package Manager.
• Form Packages: Added the ability to send a notification upon form export completion.
• Form Packages: Company Admins are now allowed to create a public link for the Form Package he or she creates.
• Form Packages: The completion message now includes all the form names included.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug that caused records to not be uploaded if an element was changed from Text to Label.
• Fixed a bug that allowed Endpoint names to be left blank when created.
