Important Announcement
Released 11/16/2017
With the release of the latest iForm for iOS update (8.18), we have fixed an issue that was preventing records from being synced to the server. Some may have seen a “possible outdated forms” message or an “unknown column in field list” error. This update aims to remedy these issues.
After upgrading to 8.18, there is an additional step. Once updated to 8.18, you will be asked to upgrade your database.
In order to upgrade your database, you must sync all current device records to the server. To ensure you do not lose any data, the app will not let you upgrade the database until all records are synced or deleted from the device.
PLEASE NOTE: A clean local database and full sync will be performed during the upgrade so an internet connection is required for this.
If you are currently receiving the either the “possible outdated forms” message or the “unknown column in field list”, please send us the database, following these instructions, before cleaning the local database and taking the upgrade.
PLEASE NOTE: While we do not require you to upgrade the database after installing 8.18, we will not be able to troubleshoot the above errors, and you will continue to receive the upgrade database prompt each time you close and relaunch the app.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out to us via chat or through email.
