What are Zerion Documents?
Zerion Documents allows you to easily populate a document with the data you've collected, and automatically send it to a variety of locations. The data you collect via iFormBuilder, whether from one form or many, can be merged into multiple documents.
Zerion Documents provides you with customizable options for any type of document. You can choose from PDFs, WordDocs, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations or create your own using Zerion Document’s simple document builder.

What is a Zerion Document delivery?
Zerion Documents delivery allows you to choose where you want your Documents sent once created, whether that's email, Dropbox, DocuSign and more. Zerion Documents offers over 20 options for delivery.
How do I set up email delivery for Documents?
To create an email delivery, please follow the instructions below.
Step 1
From the Documents interface, select Document Builder.
Step 2
Choose the document you want to create the deliverable for.
Step 3
From the Deliver tab, select +New Delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: By default, we set up an email delivery. This can be edited and customized as needed. In the next step will create a new email delivery from scratch.
Step 4
Click the Email icon.
Step 5
Enter the email address or addresses you want the document sent to. If you have a field in your data that capture the email address, you can use the Merge Field to populate based on that field.
Step 6
Enter the email address or addresses you want the document sent from. If you have a field in your data that capture the email address, you can use the Merge Field to populate based on that field.
Step 7
Enter the subject you'd like the emails to show.
Step 8
Enter the message you would like the recipient to receive. You can also add custom formatting such as text format, links, images and more.
You can also use Merge Fields (data in the record) to populate portions of the message.
Step 9
Click +More Options to further customize your email delivery.

Click Save Delivery.
Your new email delivery is now set up.
