What are Zerion Documents?

Zerion Documents allows you to easily populate a document with the data you've collected, and automatically send it to a variety of locations. The data you collect via iFormBuilder, whether from one form or many, can be merged into multiple documents.  

Zerion Documents provides you with customizable options for any type of document. You can choose from PDFs, WordDocs, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations or create your own using Zerion Document’s document builder.

What is Zerion Documents delivery?

Zerion Documents delivery allows you to choose where you want your Documents sent once created, whether that's email, Dropbox, DocuSign and more. Zerion Documents offers over 20 options for delivery.

How do I create a Zerion Documents delivery?

To create a Zerion Documents delivery, please follow the instructions below.

PLEASE NOTE: The delivery can be set up when creating a document as well.

STEP 1. From the Zerion Console, select Documents.

STEP 2. Click the folder where your document resides.

STEP 3. Choose the document you want to create the deliverable for.

STEP 4. Click the Deliver tab.

STEP 5. Select Click here to create a delivery to see your delivery options.

STEP 6. Choose the type of delivery you'd like to create from the options screen.  

PLEASE NOTE: In this example, we'll be setting up delivery to Dropbox.

STEP 7. Choose your Dropbox account and select the folder where you wanted the Document delivered.

PLEASE NOTE: If there is no Dropbox account already linked, you will be prompted to enter your Dropbox credentials.

STEP 8. Click Save Delivery.

You'll see the new delivery has been set up. Any new or edited records that are submitted will be stored in the Dropbox folder.
