How do I create a RecordSet?
To create a RecordSet, please follow the instructions below.
PLEASE NOTE: RecordSets can also be created when creating a Dataflow as shown HERE.
STEP 1. From inside the Zerion Console, select Dataflow Automation.
STEP 2. Dataflow Builder is the default screen, but if you're on a different page, you can click Dataflow Builder from the left-hand menu.
STEP 3. Click on the Dataflow you'll be adding the RecordSet to.
STEP 4. From the RecordSet drop-down menu, select Add RecordSet to Dataflow.
STEP 5. Give the RecordSet a name and description.
STEP 6. If you'd like to create a new Webhook for this RecordSet, click the checkbox for Create Webhook for this RecordSet.
The webhook serves the role of allowing a web service to automatically send information to your Dataflow. Every DFA webhook has a unique identifier called a Webhook URL.
If you'd like to make the Webhook more secure, click the Secured Webhook checkbox.
The Secure Webhook option is for those who require additional security. Only data coming in from the verified source would get processed by the Dataflow, therefore, protecting unwanted data from entering the system.
STEP 7. Click Save.
You'll see the RecordSet (along with the Webhook we created) is now added to the Dataflow.
